I want to suggest that what is dying is a paradigm and the unquestioned enthusiasm for addiction-based ideologies, for pop culture, for war orientation… instead of community itself in the USA.

I believe that a new sobriety is on the way — which will change how people approach their problems and foster a different way of thinking, one that is more healing, humble and sustainable.

On the outside, it might appear like the disintegration of an empire.. but from within, it may be the choice for sanity and introspection (withdrawal from autopilot and unchallenged assumptions).
