Touch Mother Earth

Touch down on mother earth like the Buddha to receive the reminder of all your good deeds — when no one is there to say the right word.

Touch down on mother earth to feel righteous and whole and mellow down into your soul, to feel nature’s crazy love. Van Morrison, like all good poets and seers, was in the know.

Touch the soil with your fingers when you need comfort and when your thoughts don’t help anymore.

Stop all those mental workouts, shoot all advice into the wind, and don’t act helpless. Just play with the mud. Clarity will come faster than through the mental route.

And that person you are expecting some kind of explanation from, get him to play in the mud too.
