Clean up your home and your home life when all you see in the outside are chaos and deception.

Listen to the juiciest music when all you hear in the outside is bullshit and boring.

Maybe you won’t perceive the outer world as nurturing for a while, but your house will be clean, your home life will be peaceful and fun, and your mind will be inspired. Self-kindness matters.

The mantra is for Vassudhara, a very popular bodhisattva in South Asia with goddess like attributes, or in Western translation, a sacred potential, of the earth, of the harvest and of good fortune. The benevolent abundance of Gaia has fascinated many cultures and many eras. I am grateful to use it as a title for my writing — to invite the goodness that life wants to offer you … when you clean up.

It is a nice mantra to chant while cleaning space.
