Nurturing Harmony between Feeling and Thinking

Your mind is meant to expand, it wants to fly through the air and journey, while your feelings have a scope in which they move, much like there is a basin to the ocean.

If it goes the other way, that your feelings expand and keep expanding, while your mind stays in the same place — that is a disorder.

Being out of balance with the web of life is feeding a culture that is out of balance too, but it is not sane, not in anyone’s interest, except for profit. All those philosophies that aim at “opening” the feelings while keeping you ignorant are not benign.

The opposite approach that opens your mind while teaching you how to flow with all your emotions and to be a friend to your feelings — that is in harmony with everything, biologically and spiritually, and it benefits your community and you.
