It is a good idea.
But I have no female equivalents for these characters - in the collective consciousness.
Maybe Amber Heard could be Charlie Sheen, or Madonna. (But Madonna is too established, and Amber Heard has still time to "grow" a record that resembles Sheen's.) There are many hardcore narcissists with sociopathic streaks, but women hardly do as much damage as men do, and are rarely rewarded with more fame, more exposure, a higher profile.
I don't know who could take the place of an Aloe among women's artists - to make the analogy work...
