I dislike Paul McCartney too.

His voice and his songwriting are great, his activism for animals is sympathetic. However, I don’t like his personality.. I am getting unwholesome vibes from him.

There are other celebrities I wouldn’t want to share the same room with.. Even though from afar I can admire them for their fame or for their gifts.

I won’t go as far as to tear them apart in writing — unless there is a strong reason for it: they have to be doing something dangerous or repugnant for me to comment on it.

One can be grateful to the creativity of many artists without projecting greatness on their character. One can even love the artist but not love the man, or woman.

Though in order to find some integrity within, one can gravitate to creatives whose behaviour and traits are in harmony with personal values.
