I am beginning to comprehend that many frustrations, shortages, closed doors and cold shoulders were pinches to choose a healthier life, healthier contents, healthier companions, healthier thoughts, smoother routines, more appropriate priorities and preferences.
From the perspective of then, those were riddles, restrictions, nuisances or shocks; from the perspective of now, some kind of horse sense prevailed that may not have been mine and that belonged to life.
Not all lessons need to be learned the hard way. At times you are given a panoramic view that puts things in perspective that never quite made sense before. It is possible to learn by taking in information, by keeping the mind open and simply by living.
