We are meeting in our meditation for the well-being of all life on earth and our Earth Send.

I injured my foot yesterday. (It is the third time in seven months.) So I appreciate your reiki and good thoughts for my recovery. The timing couldn’t have been worse: my schedule was filling up, and I was looking forward to most things on my schedule. For someone as connected to intuition as I am, it is absurd to think that my subconscious would opt for high drama so that I “hear” or “open” my senses. Because of the frequency of accidents, however, I am considering it as a possibility, or that there is some, as of now unknown, blessing in disguise. Certainly, I would not choose random, plan-disrupting, limiting and painful events. And I was lucky: nothing is broken, I am just very bruised and exasperated… Well, all I can do is repair myself.

Please bring your three creativity tools — your bucket list or vision board, your gratitude container and your Gallery of Mudita — to the session, so that the group’s good will and reiki can flow through them and energize your manifestation process.

Check in with your energy and recent developments: do you need to update anything? Or is everything going so well that you can keep steering as before?

What is your self-care like? What about your water intake? How are you nurturing and recognizing your network? Have you noticed a few fine synchronicities? Are you becoming more aware of the supportive elements in your environment? Are you becoming more aware of what you want to continue?

There can be a bit of a fixation on what we are leaving behind and what doesn’t suit us, and it can be good to get clarity about your new boundaries; but it is more helpful to identify and articulate what you want and what you are inviting versus what you don’t want, have left in the past and are not going for. Declare what you are aiming for on your bucket list or vision board.

The season is perfect to be out in nature and fill yourself up with impressions of what you want your Island of Self to smell, sound and look like.

For two weeks, I keep seeing a lot of butterflies. Admirals and white butterflies especially. It is always a pleasure!

If you are a grower, this is the beginning of the second sowing phase — for the vegetables and late bloomers that come into their own when it gets cooler but need the warmth to germinate and start growing well. I am seeing regrowth (amazing self-repair!) on some of the mustard greens and collards that I thought had been devoured; apparently not. Fingers crossed!

As many house plants come from regions whose climates resemble summer in the Northern hemisphere, you can take advantage of their peak well-being and repropagate a few favourites. Make more of what you have.

A bit of attention to a few areas in your garden benefits all your plants; you remain aware of their needs and can balance out water and nutrient deficits promptly. Rice and legume water from your cooking are a superb plant food and soil conditioner: a zero waste and nontoxic tonic for your greenery.

Many thanks from my heart to all who are sending me good vibrations.

Heaps of appreciation to all who are participating today.

I humbly receive.
