Welcome to another Earth Send. Welcome to our worldwide meditation for the well-being of all life. Welcome to our reiki session for all who asked for reiki and are ready to receive it and for all of us who broadcast and practise.

Bring your vision or action map, your Gallery of Mudita (your selection of personal advisors, motivators and role models) and your gratitude container to this circle, so that reiki circulates through your creativity tools and the warm energy in the group supports and assists your aims.

I want to remain a recipient of healing for a few more weeks. My foot is recovering, and with it, my serenity. It helps that winter is ending in two months, too. (If now is your power season, I am happy for you. I can not wait for colour, scent and bird song to return to the land.)

If you are aware of the tricks and hacks that restore your confidence and well-being, gift yourself these good vibes this week. If you can not pinpoint what makes you feel better and more joyful, start by soaking up the sun when it shows itself, by listening to friendlier, sunnier music, by eating more vegetables and fruit (in other words, edible sun light) and less heavy dishes and by moving your body a bit more than you are used to.

The actions that improve your mood and, from there, your life range from the simple to the complex. Allow yourself a long, sincere look at what stands in the way of you living your best life and resolve that you will eliminate those obstacles and put them behind you.

While it is easy to distract ourselves, and there are rewards to being chronically inflamed, indignant and dissatisfied, I would rather watch you connect with your heart and give yourself permission to experience — or approach — fulfilment.

This journey is going to involve discomfort, inconvenience, resistance, new learning, behaviour modification, self-attention and steadfastness. We can avoid growth, we can put off utilizing and cultivating our creativity, we can delay seizing the day, of course. What anyone who has ever moved toward what they truly wanted can tell you is that they perked up and that they made the best decision they can recall. If you pursued a goal that galvanized you in the past, you too feel that it was worth your time, and your fondest memories connect to moving toward what you desired. We appreciate our life fully when we are engaged in something deeply meaningful to us and when we apply and develop our gifts.

Give that new thing that your mind is showing you on your vision board or wish lists a try. Perhaps you don’t have enough ideas about how you will make some of your objectives real. Ask for clues about what you can do now, how you can make a path for yourself and how you can act on guidance, nudges and “interesting” offers.

On the macro scale, we likely wouldn’t have so many wars and extremely troubling situations, if people were dedicated to their contentment, thrilled to wake up, add more to be grateful for to their day and the day after.

Our part in envisioning a world of sanity, of loving consciousness and of plenty for all starts by becoming a person of backbone, generosity and ingenuity and by being the person we love to be.
