Earth Send On 13 September 2024
Welcome to Earth Send and this sunny and succulent Friday in September that may give you serendipitous pleasures, insights and balance.
Please bring your big three creativity tools to the session, so that reiki and our group’s rooting for you stimulates your manifestations. Perhaps you notice that a few customizations or upgrades of your tools are overdue? If so, update your vision board or bucket list and your Gallery of Mudita or selection of personal advisors as soon as you can, and write into your gratitude journal, or container, anytime you are stoked about “what is good”, so that your tools serve you well in the weeks to come.
I am also asking for reiki and light for Shay, one of the first members at our Friday reiki sends (@ Rainbow Tribe Reiki). He had a heart op this week and is recovering from it. His housing situation is also not stable now. Please support him with good vibes, so that he gets a place where he feels safe and sound and serene.
“Music is such a great thing for the world, for humanity, and I think when you appreciate music, it just gives you something more spiritual and gorgeous. For me, it is joy.”
Sergio Mendes
(11 February 1941–5 September 2024)
I thank Sergio Mendes for his artistry and exquisite music that he performed and composed for decades and for the example of a beautiful person he put in front of us. I was a big fan of his music and of his graciousness as a human being. I will miss him!
What a loss to our earth. Since his passing, I have been wearing rainforest-themed and Hawaii shirts in his honour. I feel that he would have wanted us to remember him for his plucky choices and his belief in serendipity, in fusion, and in joy as a genuine medicine for the human family. He lived with such style. My floral and botanical summer tops are on his frequency, and I feel more plugged into his spectacular creativity and his masterly attitude. Obrigado, Sergio.
I want to keep today’s invitation brief, so that I can start with the healing circle soon.
However I have something to share about taking my own advice:
I did what I talked about last Friday… I gave myself more time outdoors than I thought I could give myself… I plan to savour the good weather and savour all the other seasonal highlights while I can.
As we sync with nature, we get more tranquil and perceptive, and we discover answers to our true predicaments and thereby detach from stuff that isn’t ours to work on or solve.
Fellow human beings can spiel us into adopting skewed and injudicious views and to even defend perspectives that were not ours to begin with; while noticing our own outlook and our own bright ideas in the noise can be challenging. Time in nature clears away mind chatter and preoccupation with topics that we may not be overly invested in and fortifies the courage to commit to our sincere values and objectives and future.
I have mentioned often that our bucket lists and mind maps are individual and thus different from each other, and I want you all to affirm your individuality and your unique blueprint of what you want to make happen and experience.
We do not make creativity tools to impress each other or someone else outside of this circle, we make them to improve our life condition and to facilitate durable contentment with our decisions.
Of course, noone has the answer for everyone, but we do have the answers for ourselves, even if consciously we haven’t discovered them yet. Defining who you want to be is an immensely worthwhile journey.
And it is easy to indulge in escapism or dissociation and to waste time, and we don’t get the bill for that right away; but why not turn to self-inquiry, to what your heart is beating for, to the cues of an unfathomable and mysterious percipience?
Your day will be 24 hours, no matter what. The quality of your life could soar, though, if you spend your time wisely.
I bow in gassho to gratitude and to thriving.
I humbly receive the good fortune of participating in our circle today.
Reiki is going out to all who asked for it and are open to receiving it. May this day go well. May we wake up to what we love.
