Aloha, friends,

with this simple invitation, I am welcoming you to the meditation for the well-being of all life and this day’s Earth Send.

Bring your solar water, your mindfulness helpers and your creativity tools to our session. The group’s supportive energy, kind thoughts and reiki will flow to your goals (expressed on your vision board or bucket list), to your team of advisors and teachers (featuring in your Gallery of Mudita) and to your practice of gratitude (held in place by an object, your gratitude container or gratitude journal).

Now is an immensely beautiful time of the year in the Northern hemisphere. Soak it up!

The moon is in Libra, too. When the moon transits Libra, it is easy to notice pleasing energies and lovely elements in nature and manmade environments. Everyone seems to have a glow and people look better for some reason.

Moon in Libra exudes charm. Maybe you want to beautify your environment, your possessions or your body. It is the perfect time to do so.

If you are worried about finances and costs, it may not be the optimal time to shop. I can assure you that everything that I acquire on moon in Libra days provides delight for a long time. So I am not too worried about keeping it on point, and I find it worthwhile to invest in joy. Joy is a category in my budget. And because I know that this moon position stimulates my sense of aesthetics, I am ready for it when it comes.

Creativity need not cost a lot of money, by the way. Perhaps you have most, or all, ingredients on hand already? If you feel nudged to beautify anything on this day, even “just” your relationships or perspective, take the opportunity while the moon is in Libra — until Saturday and for some hours on Sunday.

Certainly, many regions are “too” hot in this season, too. We are free to seek out the water and take a swim. Stay hydrated. Thank the sun for ripening our food in such a clever way.

When you hold your session, scan your body for impurities and tension and use the method that works for you to remove them.

Also locate yourself in your manifestation process: what has been easy this year? What have you learned? Have you had any promising harvests so far?

Do you need to course correct? Do you want to set slightly or completely different priorities for the rest of the year? What would be the one meaningful step toward the destination you are trying to reach?

Make that step in the coming week.

Once you made your move, check in with yourself: how do you feel?

Record it if you want.

So far, I have had an unusual year. There have been enough irritations strewn into my path as well, but I make an effort to notice what is good and working and what I want to make more of. We propagate our favourite plants, and we propagate conditions that serve us and the moments that we want to milk. In order to expand the positives, we have to pay attention to them, and then wonder if somehow we can make them last, how we can repeat them, and decide that we will feed ourselves with these types of experiences and memories more.

What good things have happened to you this season?

Let me know.

I humbly receive.

I thank everyone participating in our Circle today. May your weekend be fragrant and refreshing. May this Friday be a haven of love.

Update on my carnations, mentioned 2 weeks ago: at least seven cuttings took and are showing growth. I haven’t transplanted them into the garden yet, but I will share updates and a photo once they thrive.

I have been quite lucky with propagations from cuttings this year. I had losses in the garden, too, sacrificial crops that I looked forward to, and seeds that wouldn’t sprout at all, although they have been a staple for a while. The soil must have become too rich, or the weather has been too moody. I will identify all the plants that like the conditions they are in, because I am trying to create a place that is lower maintenance and higher yielding, robust and rewarding.

Permaculture teaches us that we can have abundance with what is already there and wants to continue and to withdraw from babying plants. Well, every gardener has a few favourites that we raise even though they challenge us. In the big picture, though, I like the concept of letting nature do its thing and for the grower to step back and become an admiring curator and less of a doer. It is possible in gardens that have been set up for the long term and in soil that has been sufficiently built up. Super smooth!
