You don’t have to be militant when you refuse something that isn’t good for your health or when you show your boundaries. And you don’t have to be militant when you share something benign and good. Your impatience and triggers are excess energies that you can build with even more of what you consider is a viable solution.

Instead of losing yourself in collecting enemies, or in collecting verbal matches, find your groove by collecting peers who can give you the strength that you often don’t have when you are the only one going forward with a new approach that will heal the past.
